Chairing And Investigations

The CD Direct Panel is made up of mediators, many of whom are also able to provide services as facilitators, chairpersons of enquiries and investigations, and dispute resolution coaches and mentors. The panel was established in 2017.

Our chairpersons and investigators are available to chair complaints, grievances, disciplinary and appeal processes. See our General Information about the service. They are also able to conduct workplace investigations and manage whistleblowing and compliance-related processes. We deliver the expertise needed to conduct hearings and investigations into all workplace complaints including those related to sexual harassment, bullying and harassment, and whistleblowing. All of which require watertight procedural fairness, fair substantive consideration and professional handling.

We provide processes on a face-to-face basis as well as using secure online platforms so that parties, their representatives and the chairperson or investigator can maintain social distance and interact remotely in the safety and comfort of their homes or offices.
