PANEL OF FACILITATORS

Many mediators on the Conflict Dynamics panel are also able to provide services as facilitators, chairpersons of enquiries and investigations, and dispute resolution coaches and mentors. The panel was established in 2017.

We provide processes on a face-to-face basis as well as using secure online platforms so that parties, their representatives and the facilitator can maintain social distance and interact remotely in the safety and comfort of their homes or offices.

Conflict Dynamics facilitators are experienced, accredited mediators who have also worked as facilitators of small and large two and multi-party processes. Our facilitators are engaged to assist parties to make deals and to establish relationships, as well as mend them. Facilitators can design appropriate processes and conduct a variety of short and longer-term interventions.

Many facilitators have worked with employees, unions and management groups using the Relationships by Objectives (RBO) and other relationship-building processes. These processes are designed to improve relationships between stakeholder groupings by jointly identifying action steps to address production, training, communication, and relationship needs within an organisation. This process provides an opportunity to rebuild relationships and plan for the future. Upon the completion of a facilitated process, parties will have developed a platform from which they can begin to address day-to-day challenges with value-added relationships.

Kgosientsho Ramokgopa, a systems analyst and participant in a recent organisation-wide RBO, had this to say about the process conducted in his department: "I enjoyed the RBO and I am certain that the outcomes of that session will be critical in our strategy session".
