“He is quite strategic in his thinking and can give strategic advice on how certain litigation should be handled, he understands our business, he can give advice on the potential reputational impact of certain issues and his style is generally in alignment with our values, as we don’t like attorneys who are particularly aggressive and who would draft inflammatory things in affidavits.”– Head of Dispute Resolution, Standard Bank of South Africa Limited.
