I recently participated in a Workplace Mediation for Accredited Mediators training with Conflict Dynamics. The training was delivered by facilitators who are true industry leaders and delivered content that is at the forefront of modern mediation best practices. The perfect blend of theory, real-world insights and engaging role-play gave me highly effective, actionable skills. I highly recommend Conflict Dynamics to any professional or organisation looking to have quality mediation skills in their practice or workplace.

Thank you to the facilitators for an excellent and insightful programme. Your guidance has significantly deepened my understanding of workplace mediation, particularly how its dynamics differ from commercial and other mediation contexts. I appreciated the clarity with which you demonstrated the unique features of workplace disputes — the ongoing employment relationship, the importance of restoring trust, and the need for practical, sustainable solutions that support organisational functioning. The learning environment was engaging, well‑structured, and professionally delivered. I leave the course with strengthened confidence in applying mediation principles in the workplace setting.

A fantastic addition to the Commercial Mediation training course. Whilst the skillsets are different, they are complimentary and the course presents the new information in an easily digestible format so that the practical applications seems possible and achievable.

Why Attend?

This one-day workshop has been designed for accredited mediators who wish to extend their repertoire with skills to mediate workplace disputes. Workplace mediation is suitable at an early stage in a conflict between people who work together and where there is still potential for a future working relationship. The mediation process is somewhat different from that taught on commercial mediation courses, and the skills required are far more relationship and problem-solving oriented. This workshop presents a good opportunity for practicing mediators to collect continuing professional development credits.
