Samantha is a lead trainer, coach, and assessor on the Conflict Dynamics mediator skills training course. She is an accredited CEDR Mediator through Conflict Dynamics, the London School of Mediation, and the Civil Mediation Council (UK). She is on the Court Aligned Mediation Panel for South Africa. Samantha previously sat on the Board of Directors for the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa).

Samantha is a Barrister (Advocate) of the High Court and Court of Appeal of England and Wales. She has an LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of Sheffield (European, International, and Comparative Law) and an LLM (Masters in Commercial Law) from the University of Cape Town. She has extensively practiced law for over 15 years in various legal areas including commercial, insurance, employment, family, and immigration.

Samantha provides conflict resolution services (mediation, facilitation, and arbitration) to both companies and individuals in the areas of family, labour, insurance, and commercial disputes both in South Africa and in the UK. In relation to insurance claims, Samantha has acted for numerous insurance companies in road traffic cases, for both the Claimant and the Respondent some of which have included fatalities and substantial personal injury claims. She has also conducted over 40 insurance arbitrations.
