Lindiwe Stacey

Lindiwe has been a trainer for more than 20 years. She has trained managers and supervisors on disciplinary action processes and has developed and facilitated training for employment equity forums for big corporations such as Standard Bank, Deloitte, SanParks and Wits University. At Deloitte Lindiwe trained managers on the Management Development Programme, focussing on advancing their coaching skills. She creates innovative culture change models for companies and has chaired and facilitated conferences for such corporations.

Lindiwe has been a Conflict Dynamics accredited mediator since 2016. She is passionate about social justice and is a qualified diversity and inclusion facilitator, with extensive experience in employment equity, transformation strategy development and implementation. Lindiwe has mediated workplace and family disputes and facilitated diversity and inclusion training and workshops for several years. As a professional coach, Lindiwe has successfully coached directors and managers in the corporate sector. She has extensive experience in rolling out organisational development interventions such as culture change, process interventions, team interventions, and talent management.

Lindiwe Stacey’s qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Development from UNISA, a BA in Industrial Psychology and Communications from UNISA. She has completed studies in the Advanced Management Programme (MAP) and Leadership Development Programme (LDP) from Wits Business School as well as an Executive Leadership Development Programme (ELDP) from the University of Stellenbosch Business School.   

Lindiwe is able to train in English, Zulu, Xhosa and Sotho.
