Workplaces are not immune to the scourge of digital gender-based violence. Increasingly, we hear of cyberstalking, harassment through internal platforms, the non-consensual sharing of images or private information, and even gendered trolling through workplace communication tools. These risks demand collaboration between HR, ER and IT to strengthen digital safety policies — covering how tools like WhatsApp, MS Teams, and Zoom are used and monitored. Because the digital workplace needs to be made safe for everyone.
