Harry Daniels

 

Harry holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand, where he has also been guest lecturer at the University’s Graduate School of Business. Harry started his career in HR and held specialist as well as managerial positions in Human Resources Development and HR Management. While serving as National Training Manager for a multinational corporation, Harry provided strategic leadership in the areas of HRD and specifically management and executive leadership development, also co-leading the company’s Employment Equity (DEI) initiatives. At the end of 2001 Harry established Praxis-SA Management Consultants where his main areas of focus included, among other things, strategic planning, performance management and leadership and management development, and organisational development.

Harry has been featured as a guest speaker at conferences on topics ranging from Strategic Planning and Execution, Performance Measurement and Management, and Leadership Development. Harry’s other passion is designing, developing and facilitating leadership development and “soft skill” programmes, which he has presented to in-house and public groups in Southern Africa, East and West Africa. 

Harry is the proud father of Bradley, his 31-year-old son, who is the joy and pride of his life
