Professional background and experience: Lindiwe is an accredited commercial mediator with Conflict Dynamics and the Dispute Settlement Accreditation Council (DiSAC). She has over 25 years corporate experience at an executive level within the financial services, energy, mining, and higher education sectors. She is an executive coach, a facilitator, a consultant in organizational change management, and a partner with the Inner Life Skills International. She has driven transformation and talent in major organizations such as Deloitte, Standard Bank, Shell SA, and Wits University. As a talent / transformation director, Lindiwe has influenced strategy decision-making at the exco/board level and collaborated with heads of divisions and senior executives to achieve strategic objectives. She is a member at Envalution Consulting. Lindiwe’s tertiary qualifications include a Post-Graduate Diploma in Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Arts (UNISA). She has successfully completed various leadership development programs. She holds a Masters coaching certification acquired from the Inner Life Skills International Master Coach; Neuro-Linguistic programming, 360 Leadership Circle Profiling practitioner (LCP); Enneagram Coach and Brain-Based team coaching (Neuro Leadership Institute’s SCARF Model). Mediation experience and style: Lindiwe is an experienced mediator focusing primarily on workplace, employment, and school conflicts. Her mediation style emphasises reconciliation, fostering understanding, and achieving mutual agreement. She maintains objectivity and impartiality throughout the process, prioritising the establishment of rapport and trust among all parties within a safe and engaging environment. Facilitation experience and style: Lindiwe has facilitated diverse processes and interventions for teams ranging from five to one hundred individuals. She has facilitated various culture change interventions within financial, mining and educational sectors. She is an assessor for a short women in leadership course with the University of Toronto. As a trained Peace Circle facilitator, she has facilitated interventions for building relationships of trust, managing conflict effectively, connecting through personal story telling. Additionally, as a consultant, she has conducted various training programs, including managing poor performance in the fast-moving consumer goods industry and implementing performance management systems in the public sector.
