Professional background and experience:

Nontokozo is an accredited mediator with Conflict Dynamics. She is also an advocate, in good standing, who has been in practice for the last fourteen years. She has worked for the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) as an investigator and has also worked for the Road Accident Fund (RAF) as a High Value Litigation Manager responsible for a department that dealt with litigated matters whose estimated value was over R1 million. She has a passion for reading, books, movies, art and travelling. Nontokozo has a Bachelor of Social Sciences (BSocSc) degree and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, both from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

Mediation experience and style:

Nontokozo has a fair amount of experience in mediation and other forms of conflict management. The focus of her mediation experience has been in the workplace, personal injury, insurance, family and community matters. Her style of mediation is facilitative and seeks to put all involved parties at ease and obtain their trust whilst maintaining a strong sense of integrity and fairness.
