Professional background and experience:

Nicole Ross holds a B-Proc degree and a diploma in Corporate Law from the University of Johannesburg. Nicole was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 1 April 1999 and has been in continuous practice ever since. Nicole is also admitted in England, Ireland, Wales and Australia. Nicole is passionate about Alternate Dispute Resolution and qualified as a mediator in 2015.

Nicole is passionate about Alternate Dispute Resolution and qualified as an accredited mediator in 2015 through Conflict Dynamics. Nicole has a facilitative mediation style and has undertaken various mediations successfully since then, predominately in the Family Law field.

With 26 years of experience as an attorney, Nicole has chaired numerous disciplinary hearings across various industries, ensuring fair and impartial proceedings.
