The Conflict Dynamics Mediation course was perfectly presented as a mix between mediation theory and practical application. This pedagogical style made me feel comfortable as I was able to test my understanding of the theory in real time, through the practical exercises that punctuated the theory. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to develop a career in mediation. While I did find the course to be expensive, it was excellent value for money as it was exceptionally delivered. I would, therefore, encourage those seeking to undertake the course to make the investment as it certainly is worthwhile.
